If you observe in India so there are so many telecom companies which are still following wrong practices to make profit. I realize that some companies are activating their Value Added Services by sending flash sms despite customer has been activated Full DND service. What a kind of business tactics are this ? Government should need to take strict action against such companies & keep them away from Indian market. The customers of rural India are not able to understand these fraud tactics & don't know their rights, Government of India should take initiative without take care of global pressure & suspend their validity of business.

Some days ago, if you have remember there was a time when customer of these companies get calls of International fraud callers, specially gift related that " you have won some gift in lottery if you need it just call on this number" . The number used to be an ISD number & calling charges as per ISD call charges from Rs 10 to Rs 45/ min.
When customer used to make a call then he/she got that it was an IVR which direct him/her & final result was nothing. How can an international caller identify that this customer is monolingual or belong to village ? Now this trend has been over & new trend is running. Would you like to check this wrong practices of the companies & logged some cases if you get any in you friend circle or family ? Need to give your contribution.
