What an Idea Sir ji

People who work in customer care know it very well that push SMS is an application with the help of which we can send service messages on customers number regarding to the product information as well as help customers to activate & deactivate various services. In my last post, I throw some light on it, that how our executives are able now, to use it, in a very intelligent way.

In last week, one of the executives of my company, asked for his week off & the team leader was not able to give him because due to shrinkage problem. So, could you expect, what would be his next step ? He started to use this application on his own team leader's cell number, My God ! 150 push SMS , he sent, only for the reason that he didn't get his week off.

So, finally, the team leader became victim but he couldn't fine the executive as there were many who were asking for their week off. Now, we are enjoying a new guideline for us. But whatever happened that taught a lesson about technology & feelings.
