People who work in customer care know it very well that push SMS is an application with the help of which we can send service messages on customers number regarding to the product information as well as help customers to activate & deactivate various services. In last week, one of the executives of my company, asked for his week off & the team leader was not able to give him because due to shrinkage problem.
